jdPhoto is an easy to install, easy to configure, attractive,
customizable, flexible, and open source image gallery software.

It is written in PHP and is intended to make it easy for you
to create a photo gallery on your website.

The jdPhoto design goals are the following:
1) Everything in one file.
2) Require as little from the user as possible. 
3) Atractiveness.

Some of jdPhoto's features are the following:
  The entire application (including the icons used) is contained in a single file.
  Installation is quick and easy.
  To create categories and images within them simply create directories and ftp to them.
  You can edit a photo's title and description through the jdPhoto interface.
  You can upload photo's through the jdPhoto interface.
  Categories may be browsed via a tree or clicking icons in the body.
  A thumbnail and a larger thumbnail (a zoom image) are created for you automatically.
  Clicking on a thumbnail will zoom the image and give more information and options.
  Clicking on the zoomed image will open a window with the original image.
  Edit (title/description), save(save dialog will display), or print the image from the zoom view.
